Cancellation & Replacement Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order and how replacements are handled at Duje. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Cancelling a Ready-Made Order

You may cancel a ready-made order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and instead follows our Refund Policy.

2. Cancelling a Custom Tailoring Order

Custom Tailoring orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled as it is made specifically to your measurements.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@dujeabaya.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 55 721 4606 with your order number.

4. Replacement for Ready-Made Items

Ready-made items may be exchanged for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, subject to availability.

5. Replacement for Custom Tailoring Items

Custom-tailored items are made to your specifications and are only eligible for replacement in the case of a manufacturing defect.

6. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, contact us at support@dujeabaya.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 55 721 4606 with your order number, the reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
