2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our abayas, colors, and details as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric batches. All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Custom Tailoring Orders
Items purchased through our Custom Tailoring service are made specifically to the measurements and specifications you provide. Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order, as custom-tailored items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only. Full details on delivery timeframes and shipping charges are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Custom-tailored items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Duje and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable UAE law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
