Inspection & Delivery
Package Inspection: As our items are shipped directly and securely from Saudi Arabia, opening the package prior to receipt is not allowed. This protocol ensures the original packaging remains undisturbed and protects the abaya from any transit damage.
Quality & Match Guarantee: We guarantee that your item will match the photos and design precisely. Should any genuine issue arise with your order, we will replace it for you immediately.
Returns are accepted exclusively in the presence of a manufacturing defect. Please notify customer service immediately upon delivery if any defect is found.
- Exchanges are available (whether for a different size or an alternative style), provided the abaya remains in its pristine, unworn, unperfumed original condition with all packaging intact.
